The NDUS Help Desk will offer the members of the University System:

  • ConnectND PeopleSoft™ Support
  • ConnectND Ancillary Systems Support
  • Network Access Support
  • Dial-Up Support
  • Web Based Application Support
  • Server and Services Support

The Help Center Workgroup Leader from The University of North Dakota, David Levenseller, and The Help Desk Manager from North Dakota State University, John Underwood, are implementing and managing the project.
